Power BI Service – How to Create Folders in Workspace

Steps to Create Folder Structure in Power BI Service:

  1. Open Power BI Service by navigating to https://app.powerbi.com 

  2. In the left navigation pane, click “My Workspace” or select the specific workspace you are working in.

  3. Create the main folder: “Market”.

  4. Under “Market,” create a subfolder: “Procurement”.

  5. Create another subfolder: “Sales”.

  6. Once completed, your workspace will have a structured layout as shown below:
